Section 1

Definition and Applicability of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ci444 platform and all services under it. By accessing the ci444 website or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

ci444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible.

Account Creation & Security

When creating an account on ci444, you will set a username and password. You are solely responsible for keeping this information confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

If account credentials are lost or unauthorized access is suspected, you must notify the ci444 support team immediately. ci444 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from negligence.

Account Suspension & Closure

ci444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, cheating, or bonus abuse.
• Providing a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Harassing or causing harm to another user.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.

ci444 will attempt to give users an opportunity to respond before a permanent account closure. However, in cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without prior notice.

Payment Methods & Limits

ci444 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• The account used for the withdrawal request must match the registered account details.

If you experience any issue with a deposit or withdrawal, contact the ci444 support team immediately. Transactions through third-party accounts are generally not accepted.

Withdrawal Process & Verification

After a withdrawal request is submitted, ci444 completes a security verification. Identity documents or additional paperwork may be requested during the verification process. Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

ci444 reserves the right to temporarily hold and investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions. Users are expected to cooperate during any investigation.

Welcome Bonus Terms

ci444 offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

A 15x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is activated.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms — see the details next to the offer.
• ci444 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

VIP & Cashback Program

ci444's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is shown below:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined by a user's activity and contribution. Advancement to a higher tier is at the discretion of ci444. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account.

General Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when playing on ci444. These rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game categories.

• Fair conduct must be maintained during gameplay. Using any software or method to manipulate the system is prohibited.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.
